Chief Executive's Committee
The Chief Executive's Committee is the senior management steering group for the Company. Comprised of the Chief Executive, the Executive Directors, the Company Secretary, the Manufacturing Director, the Chief Operating Officer Cigar and the Group Human Resources Director, the Committee is responsible for implementing Group strategy and monitoring the detailed performance of all aspects of the business.

Gary was Regional Operations Director Far East, Eastern Europe, Africa and Middle East. Previously, he was Director of Operations, Central and Eastern Europe. He held a number of senior manufacturing roles in RJ Reynolds International before joining Reemtsma in 2001.
